Loren Thomas Hines and registered with the Indian government as a religious organization (Diocese). The Archbishop consecrated the Rt. Rev. Dr. P. Thomas Jaison as the Presiding Bishop of CCSJ India on May 17, 2018 at Chennai, South India.
